NO it is nothing like this Sushant God mother is EKTA KApoor and Abhisek Kapoor who launched

Sushant in Kal... is Ekta cousin . this is why Sushant who is can not be called handsome and is lesser

actor than Barun ( no offence meant ) is going places .

Barun far better actor and extermely handsome and enact any role .

He is just shy( he is getting better ) and not a dancer which can be over come .He has already some

dancing in IPK and he was Fab .

I thought Sushant probably got an offer due to being on JDJ?!! 😕 😕 I wanted him to win but he lost!! But anyway, I thought it was because of JDJ!! 😕😆😆 So, he quit PV for his first movie then?!! I actually didn't think that Kai Po Che was that great of a movie, so did my cousin and my dad!! Don't kill me!! It was ok!! 😆

yes i wish sanaya and barun come on a movie together. coz i see slim chances of getting them back to tv together. i hope the role is meatier enough to convince sanaya..

I thought big director / producers have casting directors to help them. Are they now selecting from tweets n YouTube clips?

Lord save kjo and others from the attack in social networking sites.

And if they ever cast sarun or Barun as a matter of fact then the cast n crew should vanish from the face of virtual world. Otherwise even the sweeper of the set will be bombarded asking for new pics from set and this kind of disturbance will not be tolerated by big ph.

Hi Shreya,

In all honesty, I myself did not watch Kai po Che. But regardless of that, the movie did good business and was declared a hit. I am not sure how Exactly Sushant bagged that movie. as someone else had suggested, maybe his connection with Ekta Kapoor helped. But look at the way this guy is going. He has a three movie deal with YRF, he is doing his next movie with Dibakar Banerjee (khosla ka ghosla fame) and he is also doing another movie with Avishek Kapoor (director of rock on and Kai po Che). He is also acting mostly opposite relatively well established actresses. I have not seen PR, so I can't say how good an actor Sushant is. But something must be working for him and its not his looks, because he is good looking but not in a devastating sort of a way.

I like Barun too, but I don't like how he keeps whining about his health or how he is not getting to spend enough time with his lovely wife. It's not a cake walk being in the movie business. You have to sacrifice a lot to achieve success in the world of showbiz. So if he does not want to make those sacrifices and would rather sell groceries in US/UK/Aus, then why should we feel sad about him not achieving what a certain Sushant singh Rajput has!

@ bold, exactly what goes on in my mind. Though ASR was a dream role for a telly actor still it failed to keep his interest on. Am not doubting his freedom of choice but he has been always presenting himself as someone with frail health and wishing to spend time with wife. No body is asking to sacrifice his conjugal life n be a part of rat race but somewhere there is a lack of energy.

And which Bollywood newcomer doesn't want to flaunt his looks when he is blessed with one? I wish him best and that's why is this concern.

Maybe he could consider him as an option in any of his films.
Casting directors are always not the one's who like 'mainly' decide the hero of the role/film + Barun's popularity is such that they might think over the topic, think about it Denise.
We just have to be positive about it.

Well I cannot blame him for losing interest in ASR's character. The writers had slaughtered both Arnav and khushi's character quite badly. Even I had lost interest.

But what surprised me was the fact that Barun had given notice to quit the show long, long before that, barely when the show was about 7 months old. The reasons were the same. If you want to quit when the show of which you are a lead, is in its prime and barely old, what do ya expect of him? as you said, ASR's character was a dream role for any Telly character and he did not care enough for that as well! That is why I said, the amount of hard work and commitment that goes into making a movie and promoting it, I don't think BS would like putting in all that much! I am not judging him for that. It's his life and he should spend it the way he deems best, but I refuse to feel sad for him because he is not sad about it himself.
