A/N-: This ArHi Oneshot is something very different I tried this time, as it is basically a description of Arnav & Khushi's daughter's wedding day, and I've tried to make it as better I could, but I still feel that it's a crap! đ So don't forget to leave your precious comments and press the 'like' tab. đł
Also, I've used the song 'Kabira's' Encored Version from the Movie 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani', and in case anyone of you still hasn't listened to the song, then you must listen to it before/while you get into reading this- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwLVJ0E8gN4
Credit for Names (Aaradhya & Ananth) goes to Medha (..SankiMedhz..) đł

Banno re banno meri chali sasuraal ko
Ankhiyon mein paani de gayi
Dua mein meethi gud dhaani le gayi
One could say that Shantivan was the happiest place today. It seemed as if all Gods from above had showered the Mansion with their sweet blessings of prosperity and happiness, and indeed, that was true. After a dark night of grief and sadness, there is always a blissful morning and Raizada Mansion was a true reflection to this saying. Once all the hurdles and difficulties were vanished, there was this ecstatic morning, when the most loved and pampered daughter of the family was getting married.
Hayee Banno re banno meri chali sasuraal ko
Ankhiyon mein paani de gayi
Dua mein meethi gud dhaani le gayi
There she was, in her room, sitting in front of a huge mirror attached to the dressing table, and numerous girls surrounding her, some were helping her to get ready, while some were busy teasing her! Aaradhya was happy today, and why wouldn't she be? It was after all her wedding today, and that too with the one whom she loved to the core and he too reciprocated her love with little acts of caring and affection. She always had a dream of her married life to be as perfect as her parents', who stood outside the room, witnessing the beautiful scene of their little princess becoming a bride today.
Re Kabira.. Maan jaa.. Re Fakira yun na jaa
Aaja tujhko pukaare teri.. Parchhaiyan
Arnav stood at the door, as he secretly watched his darling daughter smiling widely all the while, as he remembered the day, when he gently held his new born princess and promised her to be the best father of world. As Aaradhya grew up, she used to hold Arnav's hand with her soft little fingers and walk around the Mansion taking tiny but quick steps, complaining to him about how much Khushi scolded her. And in return, Arnav would scold Khushi in a fake manner in front of Aaradhya, just to see a smile on her chubby face.
Re Kabira Maan jaa.. Re Fakira yun na jaa
Kaisa tu hai nirmohi kaisa harjaiyaan
He had been fulfilling all her demands, listening to her useless talks, bearing with her tantrums, and chuckled slightly, when he recalled about how Aaradhya would emotionally blackmail him just to get her things done on time. He could never understand the feelings of a father at the time of a daughter's wedding, until Khushi gave him a cute little daughter, who grew up in a blink of eye and today was getting married.
Re Kabira.. Re Kabira.. Re Fakira.. Re Fakira
Re Kabira.. Re Kabira.. Re Fakira.. Re Fakira
He felt a soft hand on his cheeks, wiping away his tears sweetly. On turning aside, he saw his wife Khushi, who looked at him in disappointment, as if saying that she had never seen tears in Arnav Singh Raizada's eyes. He smiled slightly, as he looked at her from top to bottom, and said to her that she was looking good, but their daughter was beautiful. Khushi and Arnav grew old with time, but one could never say that either by their appearance or by their behaviors. If he was the same mighty ASR, she was no less than the crazy Khushi.
Since this was going to be the last wedding of young generation at Raizada Mansion, and also it was Arnav's daughter who was getting married, so this was definitely going to be a huge and memorable event. Payal marched from one place to other, checking all the arrangements properly, while her elder son was busy romancing with his wife, and her younger son had been planning various pranks to play with the people coming in 'baraat'.
Tooti charpaai wohi.. Thandi purvaai rasta dekhe
Doodhon ki malai wohi.. Mitti ki suraahi rasta dekhe
Anjali was surrounded by a number of women, as they were involved in a serious discussion. She looked around the Mansion, witnessing the changes that did not exist before she remarried and lived a happy life with her husband and son. But at the same time, a deep fear was hovering on her mind, as there had been always some or the other fateful incident on the weddings at Shantivan. With each passing second, she prayed everything to be fine ever after.
Tooti charpaai wohi.. Thandi purvaai rasta dekhe
Doodhon ki malai wohi.. Mitti ki suraahi rasta dekhe
There was hardly a wait for few more minutes, when finally the 'baraat' had arrived at the door of Shantivan, making everyone look in the same direction with big eyes, as the bridegroom stepped out of the car, while the girls standing around simply stared at him in awe, as they were witnessing one of the most handsome and charming bridegroom!
Gudiya re gudiya tera gudda pardesiya
Jodi asmaani ho gayi
Shagun te dekho shadmaani ho gayi
An excited Khushi quickly made her way towards the entrance along with other family members to welcome her future son-in-law. Ananth, who was getting married to Aaradhya, was entirely different from her. He was silent, cool-minded and reserved person, but Aaradhya, on the other hand, was talkative, hot-tempered, just like her father and somewhat trouble maker, as her mother was! Though they were completely different from each other, they would surely live a happy life together, and this was what Khushi thought, as she applied a small amount o 'tikka' on his forehead and welcomed him in.
Hayee Gudiya re gudiya tera gudda pardesiya
Jodi asmaani ho gayi
Shagun te dekho shadmaani ho gayi
All the guests, who were eagerly waiting to see the bride tonight, had fixed their gazes upstairs, as Aaradhya Raizada descended down like an innocent pretty angel, clad in a dark red heavy lehenga, which complimented her fair skin beautifully, and her big hazel eyes were shying away and looking down. Arnav smiled, as Khushi joined the girls above and brought her daughter down for the wedding rituals to be completed.
Re Kabira.. Maan jaa.. Re Fakira yun na jaa
Aaja tujhko pukaare teri.. Parchhaiyan
There was a time when in place of Ananth and Aaradhya, Arnav and Khushi had been sitting, after overcoming all hurdles to get tied in the precious wedlock. Those same rituals were now being performed by their only daughter, making them realize that time flies quickly.
Re Kabira Maan jaa.. Re Fakira yun na jaa
Kaisa tu hai nirmohi kaisa harjaiyaan
Once the wedding processions were over, Aaradhya felt like jumping happily and hug everyone there, when Ananth was declared as her husband. But she had to behave like a shy and innocent bride, as her mother had instructed her strictly. Arnav always felt that their daughter was no less than Khushi, when it came to craziness, and indeed, that was the fact!
Re Kabira.. Re Kabira.. Re Fakira.. Re Fakira
Re Kabira.. Re Kabira.. Re Kabira.. Re Kabira
Their eyes had been moist even before the farewell rituals of the bride started. Standing around, they saw Aaradhya coming out of the Mansion with heavy steps, and with each step, she remembered her childhood memories, which were the best days of her life, as she, being the youngest child of the family, was pampered and loved by everyone, especially by her father, Arnav.
Sang tere.. Hai savera.. Re Fakira.. Re Fakira
Sang tere.. Hai savera.. Re Kabira.. Re Kabira
One by one, Aaradhya and Ananth greeted everyone and took their blessings with them. Whether it were Aaradhya's grandparents', or Payal and Akash, they all blessed the newly wedded couple to live a happy married life. Anjali lovingly hugged Aaradhya, and blessed them with a long blissful life. Aaradhya met her cousins next, who were more like real brothers to her. No matter how much they teased her, irritated her, but at the end of the day, they were extremely loving and caring towards their little sister.
Re Kabira.. Re Kabira.. Re Kabira.. Re Kabira
Before leaving, they both greeted Arnav and Khushi, who were completely numb at the moment; they were happy that their daughter was married, but at the same moment, they were nostalgic, realizing that she was going away from them. Having the same feeling, Aaradhya could barely control her feelings, and she quickly hugged her parents together, sobbing on their shoulders as much as she could. Khushi cupping her face, she wiped away her precious tears, which continuously flowed through her cheeks. Arnav never thought that he would too become a typical father who became sensitive whenever he thought about the farewell of his daughter, and kissed her forehead, trying to hide his own tears.
Aaradhya's hands reluctantly left Arnav, as she was led forward by her husband, while her soft touch still lingered on his hands, as he thought about the first time when he had bought his new born baby in Shantivan, and today she was supposed to leave the Mansion.
The newly wedded couple drove forward, leaving behind Arnav & Khushi, who were having mixed feelings of joy, sadness and pride at the same time. They were more than happy about their daughter's wedding to take place peacefully without any hurdles, and at the same time, they were sad to realize that they were now left alone without her, who brought immense happiness in their lives. They were proud parents, because they had brought up Aaradhya in such a way that she was though arrogant and a bit spoilt, but she also learnt from her mother's good teachings and proved herself as the best daughter anyone could have.
Khushi leaned her head on Arnav's shoulder, as she held his arm gently and looked in the same direction where he had been looking, both of them smiling and thinking that another phase of their life had come to an end, only to start the new beginning towards old-age, where they would cherish their all their sweet memories, their little fights, and their romantic moments.
