CHAPTER 2
"All right gentlemen, i,ll see you all in exactly two hours" said captian roy in a firm manner.
Captian roy was one of the physical trainer for this batch . "bloody champs" . This was a common definition he used for these recently passed out army officers.
As firm and austere as he was , it was an absolute delight to talk to him off the field arnav decided as he started walking towards his tenant.
As soon as entered, he took of the heavily armed bag every officer was supposed to carry over their uniform during military exercises these days
He was about to look for something to wear when his eyes moved towards the small ,cracked mirror he had fixed for himself some time ago and
there he saw a dream, the dream that he had wanted to live all these years
And just like that leutinant arnav singh raizada stood there like a small boy admiring his uniform and him being in it.
He moved his hands slowly over his badges ; the badges he had earned with extreme effiort in the course and when his hands moved over his name plate
he stopped,looked in the mirror again and smiled .An unexpected warmrh rushing through him .He was freaking in love with what he was and what he was about to become.
"gosh ,i m f**king tired . I swear man this captian has a serious issue against my hotness, or else why would he give me an this much heavy load that too 3am in the morning" exclaimed akash angirily while dropping on arnav,s sleeping bag and taking off his bag aswell
arnav rolled his eyes"right! " and continued his previous long forgotton task of removing his uniform and those boots
"i thank all my stars that we applied for the leave together.i would have died otherwise with all this beautiful scenery" groaned akash sarcastically and stood up suddenly
" kashmir is beautiful akash, sarcasm and your homesickness isnt gonna make it any less " retorted arnav
akash replied with a glint of mischief in his eyes"yeah watever..i m gonna go grab a drink.After all *Two exact hour * is all i have."
"ohkay.i,ll see you then"said arnav and started walking out of his tent towards the bathroom

khushi kumari gupta was a massive tea lover. Sitting in her favourite night suit which was a simple cotton white nightie with floral patterns at her balcony almost at mid night and sipping her favourite beverage , Life wasnt that unpredictable after all khushi smiled up happily looking at the moon.
A persistent breeze lifted the thick curtains of her hair , fluttering a few moments of tranquility into the night.And just like that reading her favourite slack of a romantic book khushi couldnt help but think about that night.
The night until which she had been of the opinion that you could comfortably lead a happy life alone ,with out a companion if you love what you have.The night which had some sort of pure cold light in the sky .And khushi realised it wasnt just the moon ,it was the slight declaration of the entire starry sky that looked like melted cream to her that the change has already taken place.
She knew him alright. heck every women in their vicinity practically wanted to be with the well chested , short but well managed hairand extremely flirtatious arnav singh raizada in army but he didnt know her did he? She was sure about it khushi decided .
There short casual and not to forget accidental meeting stayed within her even after 6 months had passed ..
She needed work khushi decided. yes that,s the matter...
"taking the holiday much onto yourself khushi" she muttered to herself.What difference can a random guy make huh? well a hell lot ,a voice in her head said .Brushing off the stupid feeling that rushed through her on his thought khushi looked up again for the last time and the brezze caressed her face and for a moment she thought orange ribbon was floating through the wind
"shut off the romance khushi" she reminded herself for the hundreth time this week and went inside

"Sir!" arnav saluted captian roy just when he saw him.Nodding softly captian sat on the chair opposite to arnav in the dining mess.
"You can sit raizada" and after a slight pause when arnav sat down he continued
"So when are you leaving lad?"
" just tomorrow morning sir ." replied arnav almost trying to stop the way a smile was forming on his lips
captain almost grinned to himself but then regaining a serious posture said"hmm, get you goddamn ass back here right after 12 days as per your leave "
and with that he stood up
"ofcourse sir, i m just paying a visit to maa, its been quite a while since i saw her"
"yes thats good, i,ll bribe her on phone to bake me some bread" winked captain roy and with that he went off
"oh and arnav say hi to that girl you keep thinking about"
shaking his head and slightly chuckling arnav continued to eat his dinner

i clearly dont expect any comments or likes or whatever you may call it :P i m just writing it because i m dying to get the story that i witnessed out of me and oh i,d welcome criticism more than happily ..
