I think she said it as a joke.

So sorry to hear abt you, in my case it was an impossible thing and without any delay God heard me and we are blessed with one son. There is nothing that God cann't do. I pray sincerely that God hear you and bless you two with a child. My elder sis conceived 5 times, missed each of them at different gestational age. She does not have one. My sincere prayers for you.
