Sorry if I am going too much into this, but here is what catches my eye again as I read the update again :P

"In my defense, Miffy the bunny had made Lavanya cry."

Is that a case of Khushi having an obsession with Lavanya. Or is it a case of her wanting to deflect the blame of killing Miffy onto Lavanya?

I don't want to use the word schizophrenic since (I believe) you haven't given indicators of it yet and it may be premature to jump to that conclusion - but was Khushi "told" or did she "hallucinate" that killing Miffy would make Lavanya happy?

Heck is this even a psychological disorder, or is it a Khushi who is way too manipulative and smart? But at such a tender age? That would still make me raise my eyebrows

Either ways, eager to know how it unfolds!

I know you won't answer any of the questions but it's just me thinking out loud :)

Yeah forget the lecture, this is way more interesting.

To be honest, I don't play chess - never bothered learning the rules either, so I am a bit lost on the reference you may be putting between Khushi playing chess and the story.

So I may be missing out on certain somethings you may be wanting the reader to catch, but from the update, this is what I gathered:

1) You are really emphasising on the unhealthy attachment Khushi has towards Lavanya.

2) I am still a bit weary whether Khushi is genuinely obsessed with Lavanya, or there is a secretive manipulative Khushi behind all this to throw dust in everybody's eyes and come across as suffering form a psychological disorder.

3) I don't trust Lavanya either - being best friends with somebody, you are bound to notice some form of unhealthy, stalkerish, attachment, right?

I don't know, I am suspicious of every character right now :P

Also whoever she is talking to - I am getting more and more convinced she is talking to herself...

I am a bit lost with these moves in chess.I don't play the game but Khushi is more intriguing.
If I hadn't known better I would've thought that Khushi is a lesbian and Lavanya is her partner.
Killing her bunny, wanting to kill her teacher...does she have any thoughts at all without it including Lavanya!

I read Krani's comment and after this chapter it seems as though she is talking to herself. Multiple personality disorder kya? I say bring it on...another thing I'm a fan of!

I'm still intrigued about the attachment for Lavanya turning into obsession and then ultimately into killing her. From the looks of it, Khushi kills things or people who come in Lavanya's way; so was it a case of Lavanya vs Lavanya?

And I'm left with rubbing my hands in antici[pation; yet again!

i mean...
she was normal when she entered the class...then she greeted her frnds...
and then she noticed Lavanya frown when the teacher entered...
but the missing piece is...
why was she so obsessed with Lavanya...
i don't know...
but these little updates force me to rack my brain again and again...
