Can we just RESPECT opinions and realize that the report button has a purpose? No one is morally obligated to protect an actor's honor. There is no reason to bash people to get even with them. IF could be a healthy place if people just respected opinions and didn't find the need to bash individuals that express them. This isn't targeted at any "fan group" in particular as it speaks to all the fandoms on this website as a whole.

good discussions going on here. thank u mods, i am really glad to know there r no plans to close this forum down, i've read that a few times in the last few days and it upset me a lot. i love ipk, i will always love it and honestly, even 6 months later, this place is a second home. when the show shut, the initial posts critisising and blaming everyone were understandable and emotions were running high. but now, when i see these posts that r specifically targetting a particular actor or trying to upset a particular fan group, it seems like there is some other agenda behind it. and i'm sure the mods and the admin know much more than us about whats actually going on.

Ok..I really need to know the rules of IF now..
Someone posts a comment saying that he/she doesnt like the the actor or his acting and given all sorts of names and even compared to begger. So members who don't agree to that post have to just ignore it..
If this is the case then the I can go ahead post comment on any actor in any of the forums saying that I don't like his or her acting and his/her face is oily and can compare him/her to a begger or say show will be a utter flop.
I want to see how many of fans don't react to this post and how the mods will handle this.. They should not close this post since it my opinion and fans who don't like this should ignore it. Is this what the mods are trying to say?
One more thing that is ridiculous is since the actor is not on IF and does not give 2 hoots to all this, we can mock/bash him.. What logic is this.. Is the actor not a human being?
Gul was bashed, the same people are saying now how badly she was bashed and action should be taken against them.. Why are they so offended, Gul is not on IF and she doesn't care about this right?

Action should be taken against anyone who abuses a fellow member or actor.. Rules should be applied same for all whether an actor or a fellow member.. Just because someone is an actor doesn't make him a lesser human being..

The people who are fighting for this are not saints either, they have abused the fans of Barun and called them names many times.. Hypocrisy much...

Every day we see some posts mocking/bashing Barun.. What is the purpose of these? Are they any objective or constructive in crticism to debate a point?
No.. These are just posts to instigate members..why would someone make same post in main forum, movie thread, private CC's urging Barun's fans to respond to some idiotic poll or post that TM has made?
Again what is the purpose of all this other than instigating the fans ?
Was any action taken against the TM and his/her supporters who troop in with their bashing or instigating? And about instigators trolling in every Barun related posts ?
Action should also be taken against these instigators and just not close the posts saying that ignore them if you don't agree with them..
The forum has many members belonging to different fan groups and main objective is to discuss the show or actors. Not everyone has to agree to what someone says, but can be done decently without bashing or mocking..
Is this too much to ask?

I totally agree with you Pallavi High time Some one as in High authority deals with this nonsense, Just because someone is an actor doesn't mean you have the right to bash him left to right. Fans remain quiet once or twice not every single time and ignore the nonsense that is thrown at them 24*7

i have one comment , i am never against drooling over an actor but it can happen in CC or FC right why on main ipk forum. ipk is for the all ipk characters and actors all of them not just one.

this is what i have been saying . why nobody follows the photo thread instead all photos are scattered around. why people not following these rules are not warned .

indiaforums is for drooling and ofcourse for cribbing and commenting but then cribbing can be on both the sides right, if cribbing is allowed then criticism should also be allowed opinions cant be thrown. if you do not like some cribbing then ignore

its like you took up option of become celebrity or public figure then people will have all kind of opinions. i am suer nobody is spared including the very clean Sachin Tendulkar or Abdul Kalam be it in paper media or in visual media.
