lol this might seem like a stupid question 😆

but i was wondering...Arnav's name is Arnav Singh Raizada

so doesnt that mean he has a punjabi baground? or is it not necessarily so?

No singhs can be Rajputs and from UP as is ASR also from MP Bihar as DHONI

the same question i asked my mom nd she said tht Singh is frm Punjab, Delhi nd Rajastan... But Raizada is a pakka Lucknow name... :)

Though it is interesting, I won't care about anyone's background if they have a name something to do with Raizada or Singh or not even to mention Arnav! =D

no its even not necessary to be from a particular background to be singh ...u can use it as a subname after ur 1st name nd before ur last name ...anyone can use it ...but he has to be hindu ...specially if u see in army every second person uses singh ...because they find long name authoritative even my dad uses singh ...nd so do my uncles

Nahi Nizwaji..Singh is a fairly common name in India ...Arnav Singh Raizada wala combination,I heard for the first time😉

No...punjabis are those who live in punjab
there are people who aren't singhs but punjabis and vice versa
