Where are we trying to compare??!! We are just trying to defend LM!! Because people all of a sudden think he's self-centered?!! All of them have done a great job, why can't we leave it that??!! 😕

There was only one Barun Sobti dealing with Character Arnav,whereas there were two directors.
So I gues,ack other would NOT have snatched anythng frm LM.Thats just my POV,no offence.The show was team effort ,NOT ONE MAN!

It was so difficult to read the interview. All the hindi written in english!

Seemed to me that this is a continuation of an old interview. What's the point of splitting it up like this?

Anyway...interview was ok. Too much technical terms...didn't understand the this slide, contra slide etc. Went over my head. As a viewer I see the final product on my screen.

Anyway, it was good to read how much hard work was done by the whole team and how detail oriented they were. This is why we fell in love with the show...because they used to present every scene with care in the initial months. Not sure why they stopped giving attention and time to details later...as this showed on screen as the overall quality of the episodes had declined.

So from what I understood, Barun had to give a LOT of shots for each scene...because they wanted to present ASR in a particular way. So that's why even if he had less dialogues, Barun used to get tired because of so many extra retakes that they did for his character so he had to put in more energy than others. I guess when they stopped doing that later, this is why ASR looked less larger than life.

But LMji...all this is not as important as the story in a daily soap. So even if you spent extra time doing all this in the initial months, it was the story and flow and logical progression that made the first 6 months memorable. When the story sucked even you could not salvage it.

Good to hear what he said about sanaya's acting prowness and dedication. Though I don't understand why Sanaya has to be always praised while comparing to Barun...even in this forum. Why can't she be praised and appreciated on her own? And I am confused about how Sanaya grew as an actress to the point of seeing the directors vision. Then why did Khushi seem more cringeworthy and unbearably OTT in the show later than what she was before? The answer is simple...it was bad writing...which neither Sanaya nor LM could salvage with their directorial vision.

And for someone who left the show for creative dissatisfaction when the show was at it's peak, I don't understand the attachment for it when it was at it's lowest. Maybe like Sanaya he was emotionally attached to the cast and crew. But the "dream" that he talks about losing was only in his mind as there was nothing of our beautiful show remaining after the remarriage.
