I think you will agree some members who make the forum messy, for example there is a sticky thread where SI and BS shows can be discussed, but members keep on creating new threads with same topics. Sometimes I feel for mods also because how far they can keep on policing every thread. It will be difficult for the mods also because of these multiple threads regarding the same topic.

One of your thread finding about lost friend faced dead end, it has been blocked saying it can be posted in members lounge, I wonder how come members can make Happy Birthday thread for other members in this forum and why it is not posted in members lounge. Same thing regarding some appreciation thread about members why it is posted in this forum not in members lounge.

I will close this post too, without a doubt but let me first answer your queries or concerns about the "end of democracy" as you so eloquently put.

This end of democracy is not something us, the moderators, wanted to put, it's what you guys all wanted and pushed us to.

Pictures belong to the Picture Gallery. Articles about SI's shows belong to the SI shows discussion thread. Articles about BS' movies belong to the BS Movie discussion thread. Criticism leads to no good end. It usually ends up with a few debating whether SI is better than BS or vice-versa and let me put this straight up for you, this is way way more aggressive than when I sit down to write this reply.

You may see no hope in this forum, which is when I would only say that it's ones personal choice whether to "put up" with this forum or leave. I will not and can not force anyone to stay or leave this forum because it's public thing. But, when someone goes out of their limit and posts stuff that is just not allowed - well, sorry, but I can't leave the thread open.

My perspective may be very different from yours, but please enlighten me; would you want SI and BS' personal life to be a mockery? Is this some kind of a sick joke that BS and SI are dating in real life? REALLY? Let's be practical. Let the two people be. What did Gul do other than let BS resign. HIS personal choice, let him be. SI wants to do another show on another channel, HER personal choice, let her be.

I don't think I can put this up in any simpler words when I say that we will not EVER allow posts that break the rules of not just India-Forums but of IPKKND forum. And if you gotta go and compare this forums rules with another forums, then be my guest. Every forum has their set of rules. QH may not have a rule that says that members must post pictures in the Picture gallery but unfortunately, IPKKND forum does.

Let's just stop criticizing the moderators and the DT for no reason. Yes, we like to close posts and put up warnings and raise WLs. That's fun. Go ahead and quote me wherever whoever wants to. But that's just how it is. You break a rule, you get a warning.


PS: my tone may be harsh and I apologize for that, but that's just the way it is.
