Exactly!! I don't know if many people will watch ipk2 without barun. this I got to know during kidnap track when so many posts were made about how they missed arnav's character and few people even mentioned they watch it fast forward to just know the story.

I have a problem with the people who are blaming Barun fans for the closure of the show. How is it OUR fault? We had accepted each and every decision of Barun and respected them because we are his fans! We can't force him to stay if he doesn't want to! It is his life and he can do whatever he wants and we support him! This is not fair! It is SaRun fans who called and ended the show.

Anyways it's all over now we can't say anything. 🤔

it is very easy to point or reason out someone. since sp came up with the disclaimer,people conveniently pointed and reasone out at barun and his fans.

The statement "Barun fans ended IPK" is not correct. Some bashers will say that, but don't take it as the truth. I don't want to start a debate, but this is my understanding of the whole situation and majority will agree with me. I did not get involved in the spamming and petitioning at that time...but observed everything that happened in the forum during those days.

Arshi fans asked to end the show because they could not see the Arshi love story getting ruined. No one wanted to see Arnav dying and Khushi finding another love...that was a bad idea by the CVs...it would have ruined the sanctity of their own story.

Yes some callers were Barun and Sarun fans who were watching the crappy show only for Barun and Sanaya. If one of them leaves, there was nothing to watch in the show. The writing was terrible, the production value had gone down terribly and the romance was pathetic. Majority felt the show was not worth continuing without Arnav/Barun. People would have felt the same if it was Sanaya leaving. Due to declining quality of the show, IPK had become a SaRun show. If one leaves...hardly anyone was interested to see it. Hence if you notice, Sanaya in her recent interview says that she regrets that they were given only a notice of 4 days. I think that hurt her more than the actual show closing (coz she is practical enough to know that any show cannot continue forever). The abrupt ending was what hurt the fans the most too. And this was purely due to bad management by PH and SP.

I seriously don't want to start debate on this topic. This has been discussed to death already and always turns messy (by bringing in conspiracy theory angle...which was just a small part of reason for spamming). Just wanted to correct you on your "barun fans ended IPK" comment. It was SP that ended the show. And only they know all the reasons why they did it. As Sanaya said in her interview last month..."A show cannot run only on popularity...there are other reasons for the show closure". It is a vague statement, but I think that is the closest to the truth that we will get.

He's one over rated actor of TV. There are way better actors than him in other shows who are not even leads. And looks, well everyone has different choices. and according to me, very very normal. No body,no colour,skin or features.

You know what the funny thing is. People bashed Barun when he said the same...that anyone can play ASR. So majority people here (hormonal and non-hormonal) disagree with the actor himself. So they will definitely not agree with you.

Not attacking or bashing your POV. Just pointing out some humour in the whole situation. 😊
