I think when first raksa bandhan...when anjali give ladoo to arnav,she said the ladoo was sugar free to lavanya...

Before that when she came in RM for first time to sell sarees, then nani was talking anjali about his diabetes. Then she heard that, but she didn't know that the chotte and the ASR she knows are the same. Sorry if I am wrong.

i think When Arnav comes in search o sugar to the kitchen and he faint s there.. She Will feed him jalebi and ask him What happened and he says his sugar level wen down...
Thats the first time she came to know..
