Only truly successful tv to movie big star is SRK. He's no SRK-he can't dance and doesn't like romance. He may play the hero 's brother or best friend, but don't see him as a breakout star. He chews up the scenery on tv, but doesn't like the daily grind. Does India have "made for tv" type movies? That could be the perfect "marriage". Either way don't know why he prefers to be a mediocre movie star as compared to a sensation on tv. To each his own. At 28 he's past the debut prime too, but who knows for sure. George Clooney left ER in his 30s and is an Oscar winner. But...with all due respect, Mr. Sobti is NO George Clooney.
