Oyster...lovely post.

I have turned into a huge Sanaya fan - not only for her fabulous acting talent, but now, after all the dust has settled, for seeing what a dedicated, hard-working and passionate - about - her work person she is.

I wish her all the success in life.

Hainaa?! Honestly, if I was asked to choose between these words of LM and an award for SI, I'd definitely go for the former. You know how when an actor receives an award, the fans of his competitor argue that it was unfair, that their favorite deserved it more, etc, etc. But here no one can contest this acknowledgement of SI by her director LM. I am soo soo soo happy that it is LM who stated these words and not Gul, or one of her other costars...

I dont comment on posts Sonya! But this one ...i just had to 😳 and yeah my timings differ from where you live so yeah its late :P

Of course those words mean so much , its the biggest achievement. I would never prefer Sanz getting all those silly awards! Her work is appreciated by her director, that is way more than enough:) Yep whoever else would say anything about Sanaya, i would never buy it ;)

sonya i always wanted to see her holding those awards ,,felt terribly bad when x y z actress used to win the awards nd she was ignored ,i always thought her team is jst taking her for granted for her never complaining nature, bt today i want to forget those things ,L.M himself praising her is way better than any award ..a director who used to pull best out of a very simple scene ,must have seen some thing extra ordinary in her acting nd personality thats y complimenting her as best actress nd a true professional! m sooo proud to be her fan!!

Wonderful post. I myself was on cloud nine when I read LM's comment. That's really a huge thing to come from a Director. I loved his answers, they felt genuine and straight forward.

I never remember idolizing an actress. But it all changed with Sanaya. Everything about her amazes me. I fell in love with Kushi first, then slowly as I started knowing more and more about Sanaya I started loving her as a person. Her simplicity, down to earth nature, directness, kindness, genuineness, professionalism, intelligence, every thing is what attracted me to her. I feel she is the perfect example for a Women. She is not pretense, she is the person who defines "What you see is what you get". LOVE YOU SANAYA. Thank you LM sir for giving her the recognition she deserves.

Exactly my thoughts. I thought no one appreciated her sincerity. I felt she was taken for granted and that was NOT fair. But LM proved me wrong today. Her dedication was not overlooked by the most important person. And that is just awesome news for all of us!
