When did the show fall off? - Page 2

not exactly one exact situation.. But bits and pieces here and there

The show was not the same post contract wedding.!!Khushi's OTT antics were a big turn off and show started losing magic then and there..but I guess that strategy was followed due to IPL..Important tracks might have been postponed for later..after that kidnapping track came and didi ki saut track really ruined everything..!!The tracks which followed had looked like a mixture of several tracks running here and there..!!Even remarriage didn't have that "IPKKND charm* (my POV)..
So my answer would be Contract wedding marked the downfall..!!

I think it was after the holi week.. IPL was an excuse to give us OTT comedy, Arnav getting khushi style humiliation in his sasuraal...kidnapping track which was good till they decided to drag it.. No clarity in how Arnav suddenly believes everything khushi claims about Shyam..just cos she saved his life? No redemption track, Anjali's attention seeking, Shyams OTT villainy, nonexistent roles for rest of the cast, sheetal, mrs India...I cud go on.

For me it was the whole Sheetal-Aarav track. I think that track was unnecessary. It would have made sense if Dhruv was introduced thru that track but they didn't. It just showed a whole new side of Arnav that didn't fit his character. A side that his own Di was unaware of let alone Khushi. Made no sense whatsoever!! 😕

For me things went haywire after the remarriage track...didnt quite understand how they managed to find out everything about Shyam and end the track in 1 week. Things actually went downhill after that...

I think the deal breaker for me for IPKKND was the MAdura Naik/Sheetal track!!! It brought misfortune and unease and marked the beginning of the end!!! Everything else about Barun leaving/quitting compounded the chaos that started with this track.
