Nice post, one of the most layered, iconic characters ever seen on Indian or even Western screens played by one of the best, most nuanced and subtlest actors i have ever had the privilege to see - what a deadly combination! Him and Sanaya were surely destined to play Arnav and Khushi.

Maybe anyone else could have done the role but NO-ONE else but Barun Sobti could have created such an intense persona, his vulnerability, his charisma, his honesty, the many many shades that made up Arnav Singh Raizada. NO-ONE else could have done this character justice - he takes ALL the credit for taking an idea on paper and giving it soul, a heartbeat, an authenticity that ultimately led to ASR becoming a beloved, worldwide phenomenon. That is a truth.

Take a bow Sobti, no-one can take away what you achieved in the last 18 months and no-one can ever forget either - you totally own it and deserve all the respect and accolades which have been coming your way. All your fans will support you in anything and everything you do and wish you much happiness and success in the future :)
