I really feel, it could be as simple as

- Barun wanting to quit in Feb

- Gul ok with it.. but not ready in terms of storyline coz Shyam still not exposed

- Hence the kidnapping track.. then Shyam exposed - if you remember how quickly that was wrapped up..

- Daljeet wanting to quit..

- Hence the DidiKiSaut de-tour

- All wanting to quit

- SP pressuing to continue.

- Hence the new tracks..

- Barun losing interest - and it showed..

- Daljeet, Akshay, Deepali... all losing interest too

- Then he put papers
