Ideally the director, producer or channel head gives a press release...

actors are not supposed to say things... so the least you could expect out of 4 lions was an open letter clearing their stance... just like the one "we IPKKND has run its course"...

Indirect interviews have no meaning...

that would have created less chaos and there would have been a narrow scope for gossip...

for 3 weeks no one just said anything!!!

No organisation will shut down because one employee leaves... that's just pure logic...

I will not agree to the gossip bit because it was all hypothetical and maybe chinese whispers... but one thing was for sure that the script had gone for a toss... tracks were closed abruptly... so much could have been done but alas so little actually was...

Tell me about it!!!!! There has been constant news that Barun had couple of movie offers and he is leaving the show for these opportunities. This started off way back in august itself.

But all the die hard fans just refused to believe this. They didnt want to coz if they did that meant accepting their idol has feet of clay.

I was simply amazed with the ostrich syndrome that was going around in the forum...people were/are hell bent on making him look like a victim. At one point it was ridiculous how people bashed everyone and held others responsible for Barun's decision but him.

Why was it so difficult to accept it and move on?

Why make petitions to shut the show? Couldnt you guys just make petitions for him to stay on? (as if he would have)

Do you realise how many of those people are going to be unemployed? I am not talking about ADs or Schedulers or Actors...but the spot boys, assistants, etc etc. To find employment in a place like Mumbai is nearly impossible.

Yes, you can say that shows shut down all the time but not one that is this popular.

I was...am an ardent Sarun fan but I am not gonna play ostrich here and be blind to their faults (in this case barun's). Sadly the blame for the shows abrupt end cant be just placed with Barun but the die hard fans too.

Well from the beginning itself I thought these conspiracy theories are too far fetched to be believed,eventhough i dont engage myself in the forum discussions oftenly...But I want say anything against Barun's decision to quit its his life and he has every right to make decisions in his life. But I would say fans took the news in a very aggressive manner which led to the closing of the show...

I'm working for a MNC and my boss quit and went abroad and he was one of the best employees,so when this news broke even I was wondering how I or the rest of the colleagues would have felt if the CEO have decided to shut down the company due to his departure,to say I was depressed just thinking about that would be an understatement(I know I'm comparing apple with orange) so abrupt end to the show is not justified at all!! I hope all the crew members will be able to find jobs asap cauz it's not easy to be jobless these days...

I have mentioned in one of the threads before I will say good bye to this show with utmost dignity cauz it has given an amazing 18 months to the audience.And more than anything else I always thought Sanaya is the star of the show so I wish her all the success in what ever she does in future and Barun best of luck in his future endeavors...

And it's girl power all the way, I truly believe Sanaya will be able to grab another far better opportunity in no time. This is on behalf of my mother as well cauz she has been an ardent fan of Khushi/Sanaya and she is so sad about the fact she want be able to see her favourite character again!! So good luck once again Sanaya!!! Don't be sad girl cauz u deserve much for better!!

I think we can safely say now that none of those posts were true..especially the breaking down ones.

What we saw on SBs/b today showed atleast Sanaya has n issues with anyone.

If she were looking fr an excuse to quit there is no way she would have been inconsolable like that!

I am yet to see the segment..I dont know what my reaction would..In all probability furious would be the word

the thing is the 200 and more people are loosing their job because of the some 'fans'.they literally took Arnav Khushi as something Real ...Petitions, Hunger Strikes, Protest, Suicide and what not

it would have been easier to just change the channel.. because the actress here wanted to keep working ,so did the rest of cast and crew
