Yeah number of calls they receive is crucial for our cause! We will be taken seriously and make an impact only if the numbers of calls we make are HUGE!
Don't expect any updates from them, they don't have any latest information also when they give you any extra information ask them when they got they update/ information as sometimes they all say different things!
