I'm hoping this is true as well. And I think this is one of the reasons why SP pulled the plug on this so soon. I have a feeling they want the PH to move on to another show with a fresh set of actors (hopefully Sanaya still stays - and Viraf joins).

I think the phangurls are right that SP sees the potential of this genre and the kind of hysterical interest it can generate. However, they also know that TV celebrity is so fleeting that there's a revolving door of heartthrobs who can be served up to their audience. Ek bhaiyya gaya - 10 bhaiyya aa jayenge.
