I dont know about others but I wished for the ARSHI story to end on a happy note. I didnt care much about the future of the show after ARSHI story ends. It could have continued with the next generation played by SI and another actor.
ButI could not accept Arnav potrayed by anyone else apart from BS.
I further dont know the reasons for BS exit. But I am sure whatever the reasons, they are solid. And in the same situation, I feel even SI might have done the same. I dont think BS would have refused to complete IPK if it was intended to continue till only Jan. No one with the amount of experience he has,(4 shows actor just getting established) will hurt the channel and fans for a thing like ego. We honestly dont know the background of the mess and hence cannot comment against or for the actor/ph/channel wrt the quitting mess.
But I sincerely feel PH had given up on the show long back in june 12,. It didnt know how to move the story forward and made a mess of the side characters. That is when lots of neg posts started coming up here in the forum. people were watching the show hoping still for the old spark to re-appear and for the ARSHI part of the show. Either be it BS/SI/SARUN fans.
i dont want SI and BS in another show. I want them to take up other shows with other actors and I will surely watch both of their shows. I dont want them to considered to be paired only against each other. Though quite a few fans want that ,it is detrimental for these actors growth. I want BS, SI as well as the other young cast to get good opportunities and grow higher in their career. Hope BS takes correct decisions. I am sure SI will get good roles. Their fans were fine when BS and SI were paired with other actors in their earlier shows.
I hope Akshay, Deepali and the other starcast gets good roles in other shows too. And hope sincerely that their shows too get enough attention. I loved the cast and crew of IPK. I loved even Gul for her innovation ie., IPK .
If at the end of the show it is possible to give suggestion to Gul it would be to plan for a long term love story which can be pulled to 2 + yrs. If at all she is not able to do it to her satisfaction end it on a happy note irrespective of what the fans say. In IPK, ideally all the loops should have closed and the show should ended one month after re-marriage. ( one month for showing some romance of the newly married.)
A suggestion to BS, prepare before hand and please come out with clear cut replies in your interviews. By statements like long break etc., it leads to unnecessary rumours. If you are indeed quitting say that you are quitting and leave it at that. For your fans sake.
For SP, I dont know what went wrong.. but pls keep track of what is going on with your shows. Interfere when necessary.
