I mean Khushi won't be able to carry on if her other half, her soulmate is dead right?

I feel same . I mean no woman can go for winning a contest after her hubby's death. Forget Khushi. She is the soulmate of ASR. She won't survive , or barely survive if ASR is no more unless she is not told about the incident( which is impossible right?)
Now either it's a STRAIGHT CHANGE of ASR from Sobti to Viraf( IMO best option IF Sobti indeed never returns) or a plastic surgery or keeping us in confusion whether Viraf is really ASR or just pretending to be( in that case Sobti might return at the end and save Khushi)
But if ASR is no more this Mrs India track will have no meaning.

who knows how bad things are between them now. He might not decide to come back at all after whatever reasons.
But IMO what you said is right. Give him a break for a month and then bring him back.
Or, if indeed he is not returning for sure bring in a straight change. Plastic surgery is complete crap
