OS 2: based on nainitaal trip!

part 1 :

there are some moments in life which turn out so different ,so very unexpected..why do the things we plan out so meticulously turn out completely different?why do master plans flop?

these very questions plagued khushi's mind as she sat in the deck of the laad governor's car.crouching and hitting her head occasionally , she sat dully ,not knowing what to do.She had tried shouting,but the rakshas, always busy and in this case deaf too couldn't hear her..and lavanyaji must have dozed off due to boredom..1 hr..2 hrs..time was going slowly and her stock of pakodas were also fast diminishing..and she knew any moment the car would get broken down.."hey devi maiiyaa ,why me,why is it always me??" she spoke aloud miserably.atleast lavanyaji will be there, she thought brightly and cheered up.

as expected , the car began to slow down and finally stop..it was too quiet..khushi was about to call out when suddenly the door of the deck opened.."what the..!!" arnav exclaimed in alarm!"khushi what the hell!? " khushi tried to maintain as much dignity as she could and managed to come out of the car,albeit a little wobbly, all the while his furious stare on her..she looked at him and her heart started thudding really fast,both out of fear and something else. " I..I can explain." she said nervously.." go on."he said in deceivingly calm voice. and she explained her entire plan and his expression turned stony by her each word." by the way , is lavanyaji still sleeping?."she said nonchalantly and tried to see past him.

arnav had to give it to her..she was both brave and stupid.what was she thinking?and now he was stuck all alone with her! already it was dusk,and there was not a soul in sight...all alone with her, he felt a sudden excitement course through his body..here he was was fighting hard to understand and control his confused feelings towards her , and now he was stuck in such a situation..it was perfect..the seclusion from the world, the atmosphere..so utterly romantic. he cringed at the direction of his thoughts.

Without another word, he shrugged out of his outer coat and took out the tools out of the deck and started working on the car.khushi watched him work,chewing her lip in nervousness, not really knowing what to do.by now she had realised lavanyaji hadn't come! that thought scared her.. him and her all alone on a deserted road.her romantic side was thrilled! she had seen it in movies,but what happened next in the movies sent her heart racing.they always ended in...No ..she should not think of such things!
she stood staring at him, his sleeves rolled up,a frown on his forehead as he worked silently.by now he had removed his waist coat too and loosened his tie.."hey devi maiyya ,was he doing this purposely"she thought miserably..why did he have to look so handsome..due to the cool evening wind,his shirt had got stuck to him and making his hair messy.

"damn it!" arnav cursed under his breath.he was itching to shout at khushi but stopped, because for the first time he realised anger is not going to solve anything.he looked at her, she was still standing on the same spot and stood watching him her eyes focused on his tiny movements ..this was the longest time he had ever seen her silent..maybe he had scared her? he called her name ,but still she did not respond. he walked towards her and shook her shoulder! " huh?!" she said coming out of the trance and looked at him.."go sit in the car,its getting cold.." saying so he made her sit in the front seat and shut the door.

suddenly the wind picked up and the sky was overcast with dark clouds.and in a matter of seconds it had started pouring..arnav rushed inside the car and shut the door. it was now completely silent, with only the sound of the rain and their foggy breaths.His wet hair were dripping.
khushi silently passed him her dupatta so that he could wipe his hair.he took it from her but did not make any move and kept on looking at her. she huffed impatiently and turned around and sat on her bent knees and scooted closer to him so she could do it herself.and started wiping his hair..she did not know from where this sudden confidence came from,maybe because they were outside ,with no contact with the world..there were no people to see her..and secretly she really wanted to feel his soft hair under her fingers..in that half evening light,a warm cozy atmosphere was present in the car.

his hand suddenly was upon hers and he brought it down slowly and held it trapped in his,and she did the mistake of looking into his eyes. They were burning with so much intensity that khushi gave a gasp and looked away.her heart started beating faster than ever..
