I love Sanaya for this interview. The decision to keep or axe a show belongs to the channel alone. And that decision is taken on the basis of TRPs. Is this an ideal system? Of course not. More often than not it leads to mediocrity being foisted on everyone due to tyranny of majority. However, it also prevents a situation where a small minority of extremely vocal, organized and determined persons can sabotage a show and make decisions for the rest of us.
