There might be a slight chance that Gul is acutally a good person but like Sobti, she lacks PR and perseverance to finish a given job..

I cannot judge her as a human , but I think she is a good human being .. all the casts praised her .. even Abhas though he had quit the show ..

but I don't like her as a producer, she is not good at all in it, she has bad management skills ,

she is responding to the actor/esses irrational demands ( DB demands for example ) that had affected the whole story, and She ruined ( or had allowed to ruin ) what was epic love story and turned it to a circus ..

That may have been his intention, but I doubt he told Gul this when he signed the dotted line. He was so eager to do this show that he dumped another show he had signed and jumped ship. As I said, he was in no position to dictate terms.
