4 LIONS lack the basic concept of Hindi shows.
Hindi shows are meant to complete at least 500 episodes.
If a PH thinks that their show has run it's course even before completing 400 episodes then they should not make a Hindi soap in the first place.You have to stretch a story without dragging it.If you can not do it then you can not produce a Hindi soap.

Woman:
The majority of the audiences of Hindi soaps are female.
The audiences should be able to connect with the female characters of the show.
But the women of 4 LIONS shows are alien to the viewers.
Women are portrayed as dumb,selfish,attention seeking,dignity less individuals.

Budget:
If your show is about a rich business tycoon then you should spend a lots of money on the sets and costumes.
But 4 LIONS have the shabbiest costumes and dirtiest sets ever.
Even pubic bathrooms are better than ASR's bathroom.

Management:
They suck in management.
A certain actress demands more screen space and they make her the lead.
They leak inside information to random people and create havoc among fans.
Some member from their team insults the fan by saying "Dekhna Hai Toh Dekho" but they do not take any actions.
They post third class posts like "Iss Post Ko Kya Naam Doon" on their official website.

Fans:
They do not treat fans as consumers but as competitors.
If fans bash them then they equally bash the fans instead of finding out the reason behind fans negative reactions.
They take revenge by airing crap episodes.
They find pleasure by hurting fans.

So 4 LIONS please stop making shows.
Organize a circus.
You are best at doing so.

I used to pity myself even during IPK's best days on the kind of sets a business tycoon house is being shown. When I used to just casually play around with my remote, I find the sets of other shows so lavish that they keep me on heels - wow! what a bungalow & the most important fact is, in the show the characters are not super rich like ASR, they are just rich. So, when I compare it to our IPK, I used to feel so ashamed. At times I did wonder.. how the sets might have been had the story being produced by EK. Look at BALH, look at how lavish the bungalow is. Even a 2 room flat looks so good compared to ASR's room.Let us not even get started with the dresses. I would hate to go into that part other than DB's transparent sarees.

Man management the less we talk about the better it is. I haven't seen a show or even heard of a show where more than 12 of their main cast/crew would leave a show.

4L has zero episode bank, I don't know if there is any other PH that is working with such a pathetic bank. At least all shows have 3 to 5 episodes in reserve not like our PH. SI has complained so many times that for the past 3-4 months they are working for episodes with no bank at all, today the shoot, next day the episode telecasts. I really pity for the editors, LM & others for this really.

On top of all this.. they don't know how to interact with the fans. Why do they have forum, FB pages, twitter accounts - when they don't interact with fans ? I guess all they want to hear is praises. Sadists 😡

They are a poor business model with no ethics in place.

If they can't handle a show, they must learn business at least, sell of your show when you can't manage your show.
