If you guys really love him then let him go for awhile!! Let him be just Barun Sobti for awhile!! Don't be scared that he might not come back!! Don't believe everything you hear from people who can't accept his decision of taking a break for while!! Let him be!! Barun loves IPKKND too so his family like he had said before. He's looks tired and needs this break!! Why can't you guys have patience to wait for him??! :(
