I dont know who this person is... havent seen a post from him/ her before!!
But if it true then Bhaiya seems to be the cause of all mess!!

His movie leave set the ball rolling and with the accommodated change in track.. the downfall started!!

And now he wants to move up the ladder... meaning another movie offering and that is being difficult to accommodate!!

Also the mention of leaving and not quitting.. to me seems like he is demanding another leave and if granted.. it will be shown as phasing out and when he and if he does return... he will phase back!!!

And if this turns out to be true... I must say he is a selfish jerk!!!
