I think they have. Arnav said so himself. On Suhaag Raat, he said we fulfilled all the rituals. (When they were hiding from Shyam's cameras under the duvet.)

Of COURSE they have DONE IT! He just said it's time to start a family! He meant for them to get pregnant!

They consummated at the farmhouse and have been doing it since! But of course they are not going to SHOW it, only imply!

But starting a family means that you are going to stop using protection!
