as far as the current track is going on and going by the new promo that the truth of aarav's father will be known to khushi only as per mishti, but she will still not be 100% confirm that could be like this.
Khushi will somehow know the real father of aarav,, and he is some person (or DSR) living in london , so she will leave to find the truth making an excuse to arnav about her dabba service company gifted by him , i dont know who will accompany her , may be NK or maybe Arnav (as the time is up for Sanaya UK tour,if Barun is also scheduled then she will investigate and then probably new entry in dec.
