Ditto. Arhi seperation equals Shittys victory and we don't want that. Let Arnav know the fact and create havoc . Let Khushi bring in the DNA report and tell him that he is lying to her from the beginning about Shitty and his past. Let her cry and blame him for cheating on her for being dishonest about his past relationship with Shitty which he tagged as MEANT NOTHING.

if the kid is below 5 years of age, father has no chance of gaining child's custody but if the kid is above 5 years, there are chances of father winning the case as well. I have read about few such cases in news dailies.

I also want her to tell him that IF INDEED he only had dated Shitty then how come the kid popped out without any kind of intimacy between the two?

I want ASR to go mad and try to prove but Khushi should leave without listening to him. Or she should go mad and act hysteric for ASR to come out of his slumber and bring hell and heaven to prove his innocence to Khushi because he should be worried if Khushi anyway does the same as his mother did.

I want this kind of intensity . This MAHATMA track is not working for me please. It's crappy

Custody battles are biased towards mother and rightly so I guess...

financial security plays a major part in such cases, we don't know how sound Shit-tal is with her financial security, she could use that as a ploy.

ASR is financially strong & being wealthy helps u a lot too - as u will get hold of the best lawyers taking over your case.
