Three things I'd like to mention based on ME update so far...

1. Sheetal walks in and grabs the "vrat Kheer" and gulps it down like she owns this house. Guests need to maintain some decorum. 2. Apparently like Aarav, Arnav can't survive without toast in the morning. Then when Khushi served his favourite breakfast on his birthday morning, why make faces then?

3. Arnav's flirting these days are strictly limited to when they are alone. Then who was the guy who grabbed Khushi tight when HPwalked in on them or barged into their shagun saying, "I'm coming to see my wife, who'll stop me?"
Considering how he behaves with Khushi in front of Sheetal like someone treats their baby sister, can you blame Sheetal if she believes that theirs is an arranged marriage where Arnav is trying to adjust with a completely unsuitable wife and try to break them up?
