Ok lets bet whose Fast he is going to break , give your reason to

mine is Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada , as Cv's may not take that risk , we will break their head if they do so. & it is religious thing they will not play cheap tricks with us

Arnav loves only Khushi, his wife hence his breaking Sheetal's fast even by mistake doesn't arise. He will never do it.

Sheetal is not Arnav's ex-lover as there has been no love of any kind (sexual or emotional intimacy) between them and that's why he knows for sure that Aarav is not his kid...And again that's why Sheetal told Khushi not to tell Arnav about Aarav being his son.

Arnav is the only other person who knows Aarav cannot be his son and he doesn't need a DNA test to proove that.
