This is the edited version of my earlier post :

Unlike what 4 lions has maintained in their letter I respectfully disagree because life and its story doesn't end with marriage, it has a new start and a new beginning with it. My humble contribution are these ideas that you can incorporate in the story line to make it better and also fill in the gaps in your story.

Aarav is shyam's son and sheetal leaves him with the raizadas because she is his aunt and cannot be a parent anymore.
everyone starts hating the child on account of Anjali who feels doubly betrayed by seeing the son of her ex.
Khushi becomes Aarav's only champion in the house after this revelation and goes through a series of battles with Arnav and her family to convinces them as well as Anjali to treat the child as a replacement for the child that Anjali lost instead of hating him for his father's sins.
during these battles the truth of khushi's first marriage to Arnav is also revealed and she convinces the family that if she can give a second chance to Arnav then Aarav too deserves a chance to be a better person than his father.
Finally Anjali could be seen as relenting to her idea and accepting Aarav as her son but only after she takes full custody of him from the court.
A short court battle between Anjali and Shyam in which Aarav declares his preference to be with Anjali than a father as criminal minded as shyam.
Payal goes to her old college and meets with old friends and remembers the time when she used to write for the college magazine and how her dreams of making it big as a writer were dashed to the ground due to her first engagement because her future husband hated petry.
Aaakash finds out about it and encourages her passion.
they were sitting in a restaurant and she was reciting for him when a TV producer hears her poems and asks her to write songs for his upcoming movie.
Akash supports her in that and Mami ji creates problems.
Meanwhile Arnav meets with an accident and receives a leg injury that puts him in bed and khushi helps him have a speedy recovery that would not have been possibly due to his diabetes. We can incorporate lots of rabba ves at this juncture in the play.
While Arnav is sick and frustrated as hell his uncle sues him for the ownership of sheesh mahal in conspiracy with Dadi and snakewa. Eventhough sheesh mahal is practically vacant but it still has an emotional value for the Raizada siblings and without informing Arnav they fight to save it.
A huge court battle starts over the house bringing to light the circumstances of Arnav's father's infidelities purported by his evil brother.
Then a detailed account of how the evil Chacha made the orphaned raizadas penniless and homeless.
Aarav asks Anjali as to why do they have to take money from ASR and Aakash Mama and why cant they be independent.
He wants Anjali to have their own money and he also wants her to marry and give him a baby sister like her.
ladies of the house suddenly wake up from their deep slumber and starts campaigning to find Anjali a new Husband and a business too.
Everyone at RM steps in with their support and help NK and Aakash start a new series of clothes for the average people on small profit scheme for Anjali and soon enough it becomes a rage in Delhi.
Payal convinces the director of her film to give the contract for costumes to Anjali's enterprise and sure enough she designs the outfits with Khushi as her marketing manager and financial guru. Soon Lavanya also joins them as their creative support and organizes galas that makes their clothes line very popular.
Aman enters as the silent admirer of Anjali and La is riveted towards NK.
Both gupta sisters and raizada brothers help the two blooming romances while stealing moments to romance their own wives too.
Its a year and a half to their marriage and Payal is in her 7th month of pregnancy and Aakash has totally freaked out. lots of humorous and sensitively handled romance between pakash.

Khushi and Arnav are besotted and Arnav hints about having a child of his own with Khushi.
khushi is worried as to why she has not conceived yet.

They both go for multiple checkups and are found healthy. The doctor tells them to relax as it is just one of those quirks of nature that has no reason at all.
After a second honeymoon they come back and one night later on their way back from a wedding ceremony they meet with an accident.
Arnav's injuries are superficial but khushi receives a blow on the head and goes into a coma after 72 hours the doctors declare her brain dead due to very minimal brain activity. However her heart beat is strong and other organs are also acting well.
They think that her brain activity is too limited to be considered much and ask Arnav's permission to take her off the ventilator and donate her organs.
Arnav reacts to the suggestion violently and refuses to take her off the ventilator. He promises to keep her alive as long as her heart is beating.
While they are fighting a nurse enters with the report that khushi is pregnant with twins and that both are viable. the doctors decide to wait.
After many tests the doctors tell Arnav that the only way to bring khushi back is to give her whole system a big shock by letting her have a normal delivery. As sometimes patients with limited brain activity can come back like this.
9 months of utter misery for Arnav and a way for him to redeem himself and also to restore his faith in God because that is the only way out of this hopeless situation.
The real mellowing down of Arnav Singh Raizada in face of a situation so out of his control.
Daily he goes and talks to her and his babies willing them all to survive because if the shock fails to bring her back, it may kill them all.
The doctors tell him that with a C section they can save the babies but he refuses to have a life without Khushi. However he does not want his babies to die either.
Then he meets with this radical surgeon who tells him that the clinically the children can remain alive inside a dead mother for a couple of minutes and if they are super quick they can save the children in case something happens to Khushi.
After 9 months and a super traumatic child birth, with arnav sitting by her side and holding her hand, in the OT (special permission of the doctors) khushi opens her eyes and is rewarded with the watery smile of a husband who looks a hundred years old with worry and pain and two identical twins areesh and arushi.
Areesh likes jalebies like his mother and Arushi has a frown like her dad and they love astronomy:))
