I think Arnav is intentionally being insensitive towards khushi to make her realise that it was a mistake to get sheetal to stay at Shantivan...he had expressed his unhappiness to Khushi that time...He loves her so much thats why he is doing all this...I may be wrong but this is what I feel..I would be over the moon if this actually happens to be the case...Feel free to share ur views :)

Just admit it. He has fallen out of love and in love with Sheetal. Did you notice the eyelock at the basket ball game. That was not acting. It was very genuine.

Come on...fallen out of love..thats too much...you can never question his love for khushi...sheetal means absolutely nothing to him...

I dont know if he is acting all casual to irk Khushi because she got Sheetal to stay in their house!! I think he is just going on a trip down memory lane with a collage friend! I am just suprised he was SO livley in collage! Maybe he was just sporty!

Either ways, I know he LOVES Khushi, but men are generally insensitive to a women's pain or insecurities! Sometimes they think we are just being "Silly"!! HE knows he loves Khushi, so to him it is an open and shut case! But to Khushi it is not!

Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus! :)

I see someone has commented above that he has fallen OUT of love with Khushi and in love with Sheetal! I find that really ridiculous! People dont fall in and out of love THAT easily! This is NOT someone he was in love with before, just someone he LIKED and thought was attractive enough to date! THAT is Not LOVE! There is no likleyhood of Arnav falling in love with Sheetal! It is a silly idea!

I completely agree..this idea of falling out of love is absolutely ridiculous..he loves only khushi...he may be friendly with sheetal but u cannot amount to that being in love..
