YAY... I'm on the first page... Finally...

Today two of the most lovable character were butchered beyond recognition:

1. Khushi - Khushi always used to say little white lies. But that was to save someone else's feelings. But she was never two-faced. If she was that concerned about Arnav-Aarav similarities, she should not have fallen for Arnav's guilt trip for suspecting Aarav to be Arnav's son.
Instead she should have said, "I understand that you are telling me that you were dating. But I am from a small conservative town. I don't understand the term dating. So explain to me that if two people come as close in dating that they might create a child between them. Make me understand."
But what she did instead is convince Arnav that she trusts him, then continued to obsess over it. Whereas she had every right to know, as a wife, for sure whether Aarav and Arnav are biologically related.

CVs made a lovable, sweet character into a duplicitous, insecure person. Is that who Khushi was when she stood up to ASR and gave as good as she got?

2. Arnav - Arnav was always portrayed as an honest and straightforward guy. He was never a hypocrite.
But today he is in all indignation at Khushi for coming to the most obvious conclusion under the sun based on a so vague a term (dating) which any wife (even someone living in US or Canada) might have trouble understanding the connotation.
Funnily enough, he has very conveniently forgotten that once his wife had given him an explanation, but he demanded her to produce the proof. For which the same wife sat in his office the whole day while he sat in his cabin watching her distress and later he left without hearing her pleading while she ran after his car.
So apparently, for him, his wife should trust him given his dubious history and the most glaring proof, yet he wouldn't extend the same to his wife. Double Standard was not Arnav, but now he is.

Secondly, ASR was portrayed as winning at all cost person. The first and only time, he let anyone win was during Payal and Aakash's sangeet because he couldn't see tears in Khushi's eyes. But apparently his relationship with Sheetal meant so nothing that he let her win so that she is happy. Now tell me, does his "meant nothing" means something else that what the words imply?
No wonder Khushi is getting mixed signals and getting confused. I'd be too if I was in her shoes.

Thirdly, as far as I know, ASR smiled the first time when Khushi came to apologize for throwing tea at him. He laughed the first time when Khushi put jalebi butter on her face. Yet his college picture shows a smiling, happy ASR. Are we still watching the same IPKKND?

as always take a bow Lady 👏👏👏

Ok I am an idiot.
Shop skaing your heads so furiously in agreement Swathi and Tia. They might fall off !!!😛
Ok. SO I am an idiot. I will bite. Can some one care to give a 3 line summary of what happened today, for everyone to have gotten the sense of Gnanodayam? Wanting to know how positive are turning negative and negative is being looked upon positively for its vision.
