Girls,

If S is not negative, she probably wants to hand over the child to the grandparents. This is based on the spilers. Maybe Dhruv is out and out negative so not mentioned in the house.

Arnav knows this and is part of easing Aarav into the house. Since no one talks about Dhruv he also is quiet about it.

He was mentioned right at the beginning only once by Naani andI assumed the cvs forgot about him.

Then maybe he has passed away leaving S alone to bring up the child and she wants the child to grow up in RM with the family. That is why maybe she was happy when all were fussing over him when getting him ready.
