Khushi goes to the guest house which is on the verge of collapsing and keeps searching for the manager there..

Arnav gets a call from the site manager who asks him if he had sent a girl from the office to the site.

Arnav rescues Khushi and there is that intense scene of Khushi shoving Arnav and asking him if only he is entitled to his personal life.

Arnav carries her out of the collapsed building. He carries her into the Gupta house. Payal & buaji seeing her in this state and with bruises on her arms demand from Arnav what has happened. Arnav gives no answers to their questions & carries her to her bed.

Payal realizes he isTHE ASR, and asks Arnav what she has done to deserve this treatment from him.

He offers to call the doctor but Payal tells him that he has done enough & buaji also tells him that if anything happens to Khushi she will hold him responsible.

Arnav holds Khushi's wrist and ends up breaking her bangles and hurts her in the bargain.

Arnav hears Shyam's name FOR THE FIRST TIME.. when Payal says - Shyam ji ko batate hai ! He hears it, but ignores it..

Khushi decides to resign from her job at AR Designs.

Khushi goes to the office to hand in her resignation but ASR is not in the office.

Khushi goes to RM to personally hand in her resignation to ASR and gives him a piece of her mind infront of his family.

She knows that she is bound by a contract and cannot resign but by the same contract he is also bound to provide for her safety. When he failed to provide for her safe work conditions he broke the contract.

P.S. One of my favorite dialogues by Khushi " Toh sunlijye Mr Raizada, hum theek heh, app ke waja se nahi app ke bawajood bhi hum theek heh." This after ASR had the nerve to ask Khushi "Tum theek ho?"
