Shanthi... I have always been thinking.. even if Arav was Arnav's son... it is a high coincidence that he is acting like his father on his own..

that is not possible at all... Sheetal or Dadi or Shyam has trained the boy.. maybe the track will end with the boy coming out clean

Shanti the writer himself has said they exaggerate😆...yes looks like Sheetal has trained him...nothing looks hereditary there except diabetes which may be a setup by her...even dna she is going to manipulate..the toast eating the mannerisms,,,dress akk are all easy to adopt
