Maami... sensitivity!! The guy's wife is standing right there and though Arnav may be your bitwa but repeatedly saying chota packet is a carbon copy of bada packet is over rubbing it!!
Just because Mamaji has been missing for months doesnt mean you dont know how a wife would feel hearing all this!

And CVs... stop showing Khushi in the dumb witted 'doesnt understand English' light!! When it suits you, she can understand every complicated word Arnav utters and suddenly.. she interprets 'we were seeing each other' as 'seeing' in the literal word and asks stupid question like 'then you couldn't see her'?? I mean seriously...you think that is funny???

The only thing I liked... the precap cause I am hoping Arnav will have a bout of jealousy hit him when Khushi pretends to have a romantic Alliance in the past!

lovely post Jules...ur posts are always thought provoking...but regarding the kid, i think the similarity they are trying to show is to put us and khushi off track...that is the main purpose to show him doing gardening and reading business section of the newspaper cause he is trained to do so by sheetal...

reagrding the other thoughts section, you are bang on...even i was thinking the same for all the characters...esp Mami...how insensitive she is towards khushi...infact i believe the day sheetal claims aarav to be his son, she would be the first one to jump up and accept sheetal and arav as raizada's and she will be all eager to kick khushi out...

that's exactly my POV, in this show they I hate the way the portray kids, 1st Bubly n Aarav, what the hell?

I understand what you mean. Since I absolutely love human behaviour, and am doing abnormal psych at the moment - It's annoying to see that the CVs, directors, or a writer of a show or movie, not do their proper research before presenting something.

RESEARCH IS A FAR FETCHED WORD WZ OUR CV S , WRITERS ETC ETC... I DONT EVEN THINK THEY CARE TO ANALYSE ALL THIS...THEY HV TAKEN THE AUDIENCE OF IPKKND SERIOUSLY...THEY HV YET TO REALIZE THAT MOST OF THE PPLE WATCHING THIS SHOW ARE WELL READ...WE EXPECT A LOT MORE FRM THEM...NOT THE SAME RUN-OF-THE-MILL STUFF THEY HV BEEN DISHING OUT...AS IN OTH SERIALS...

THIS CHILD TRACK IS SO UNREALISTIC...I DNT THINK ANY OF THEM HV EVEN BROWSED THRU A BOOK ON PSYCHO...THEY HV SO MANY OPTIONS TO EXPLORE ... SO MANY BETTER WAYS OF PORTRAYING BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS... ALL THIS SEEMS SO WEIRD...

I GUESS I EXPECTED TOOO MUCH FRM THIS SHOW...😕

I read the newspaper as the child and the business section more often than not, then my dad explained to me what was going on :)

Agreed, grr kinda annoying but you gotta admit it was kinda funny when she asked "then she disappeared?' or something like that 😆

Agreed, although I really think the plans gonna backfire on Khushi and Arnavs gonna call her out and Khushi will be all embarrassed.

CVs have taken the viewers for granted. They are showing whatever crap they feel like. If they wanted to show Aarav as Arnav's son they could've done it without making him a clone. No son in this world is so similar to his dad. It really offended me the way the Raizada ladies behaved. Everyone was passing insensitive comments and to top it all they were actually laughing and enjoying those nonsense remarks. No matter how much similar a kid may look to a person, who on earth says that they look like actual father-son that too infront of that man's wife? No one bothered how Khushi is feeling hearing this. Not even Payal. Bullshit it is. I hate it how they just mend Khushi's knowledge of English according to the need of the scene. She can understand everything that Arnav tells her in English, she can converse in English with Arnav's office staff from London, she can prepare pancakes from the recipe downloaded from the internet and u tell me she doesn't know the meaning of Seeing each other & relationship? This is utter disgusting. Its a request CVs please don't temper with the consistency of the characters and the show. Yes we wanted intensity and passion back but in this way u r just ruining the show.

The problem I have with the kid potrayal is the illogicalities being shown in trying to drive home the similarities between him and Arnav... they can be subtle and we will still get it!!! Infact Khushi putting two and two together is enough for the audience to trend on the same path of her thought process!!!

And maami was just out of control yest... they keep saying she has a good heart at the end of the day... I wish they drizzled sensitivity too!

yes it is illogical...but in this case i thinking bt animation prinicples,
in animation, animators generally exagerate a movement, just to drive that thought to the viewers bt what that action is,
i think they tried that here, but dint manage to make it look convincing and got carried away with the portrayal...

also hopefully when khushi confronts arnav, he shud ask her, just like how akash doesnt walk,talk and dresses like mamaji even though they lived together, similarly arav walking, talking n dressing like him, doesnt mean he is arnav's son...
