I have not watched too many serials so tell me.. woudl it be cliched to show that Aarav is Arnav's son or that he is not?

even if you calculate now Arnav is what 28.. and the kid looks like he is 7 or 8 , that means if Arnav is the father, then he was 20 when he had a fling...
