clothes and speaking language cannot determinate anything beyond the physical appearance ..

Girl who dressed up and talk traditionally are not classless or stupid ..

and the girls who were western clothes and talk in forgin language are not mean, don't have morals ..etc ..

Humans are judged based in their values and their moral, not based in some rags 😕
