Khushi does reside in my heart as well.
I think Khushi's wardrobe changes will be gradual. Khushi's transformation will be ingrained in the storyline... her character developing and changing with new events. Perhaps Sheetal's presence will make Khushi want to dress better. It will happen, I'm sure.

Your certainty has me baffled. The CVs have already destroyed Kushi as the character we knew. They have gradually made her dressing style deteriorate to match the deterioration of her character. Kushi's humiliation, suffering and degradation has reached epic proportions. And you are waiting for a gradual change? Of what , I may ask? There is nothing left! Burnt to cinders has no hope of salvage!!!

Perhaps you are right. But this is an industry rife with insecurities. Why should Sanaya have to bear the brunt of others' insecurities? It is true that she outshines everyone, and it is even truer that she would outshine everyone were she to dress as her stature depicts in the show, but surely even the most stupid CV would have the sense to take advantage of the fact that they have a gem on their show. And use it to the fullest sparkle. Instead of dulling it with senseless OTT slapstick comedy or B grade run of the mill story lines?? In potato sacks!

Exactly! Sanaya has done a phenomenal job of her Kushi! There is no-one who could have done justice to Kushi as Sanaya has. Sanaya has made Kushi come alive for us. Only a phenomenal actor can do that! The CVs have tried everything, as well as gone to the extent of changing her behaviour and character for us to hate her. On the contary, they have just endeared her to us and that's why we feel this urge to protect her. I just cannot fathom how someone who painstakingly built up a character for so long can suddenly trash their character. What is the purpose of that? Is it a personal agenda? Is it for the lack of motivation to excel? Is it discrimination? What? What?

Salute to Sanaya for putting up with the shit dished out to her. Being the lead of the show. Even Anjali had a tantrum. And if she left today, seriously, nobody would miss her or the show would not suffer. But if Sanaya left today, the show would be finished! KHATAM!!!!! Sanaya is a real professional and puts up with this kind of behavior meted to her, only due to consideration of her colleagues and also to the very people who are debasing her character of Kushi.

Of course! Sanaya's beauty is divine. That's why no matter what she wears she looks well, divine! And yes, she would make the others look more insignificant than they already do. But why should she have to pay the price of that? Why should Sanaya have to put up with the shit just because others will feel insignificant. It's their problem, not hers. It's not as if they are reciprocating that courtesy right now!

I couldn't agree more with everything you have said here. The CVs give a damn about us, the viewers. Kushi is the lead and she is treated more badly than the side character. I really do understand the fact that she needs to keep her individuality in the face of a strong ASR, but her suits are like potato sacks. That needs to change. Many beautiful suits are available, her stature demands it in the show. I am not holding out for the CVs to do the right thing, though. They have already decimated Kushi's character. They have her behaving like an idiot. And now, even a child is degrading her. And her husband is insulting her too, in front of a child!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that Kushi is married, she should tone down her Lucknow lass antics, and behave with a little more decorum. It is actually quite annoying to see her behave in a comic manner consistently. It is ok to see a bit of comedy, but to behave childish and immature is another thing. Her clothes are pretty dreadful, and her night wear is disastrously wrong. What happened to the maroon top she wore at the Payash Sangeeta or the pretty dress she wore when Arnav decided not to marry La.

Before the closure of this track hope to see an episode of Sanaya in mod western attire. She will look fascinatingly ravishing and ethereal in comparison to Sheetal. No offence after all our Sanaya is indeed very beautiful and our lead star.
