Maybe this track is to show Arnav and Khushi unconditional love. Meaning Khushi trusting Arnav and supporting her love no matter what.
Is that new girl does claims that boy is Arnav son that

I mean I know lavanya was Arnav ex but he never really let her get close to him.
Khushi was the only girl that made him realize what love is.
She is the only girl he let come close to him or even touch him.
