Guys pls lets atleast wait and see what the track has in store. I am almost positive that the kid will not be Arnav's son. This lady is a so called past affair of Arnav... who said he actually loved her. He is no saint that we all know... He was ok and good with having a love in relationship with Lavanya.. maybe this lady was also the same. Who said he loved her... he may have had a fling in the past and now shes back to haunt him and ruin his lovely relationship with Khushi... Guys think... for the first time we may have Arnav hell bent on proving his innoscence to Khushi.. like Khushi did when he misunderstood her with Shyam... I think this can lead to alot of passionate scenes of Arnav and him trying to win Khushi's trust.
U need drama to take the story forward .. the Cvs cannot manage with just Rabba ves. GIve things a chance atleast.. Who knows Khushi might just trust Arnav and help reveal this womans truth.

Let's wait and see how the track turns out to be...the CVs always surprise us. So I guess like the Newbie said, it might be something different.
