Im sure it's a new client .. and They are Similar .. and This Woman named her Kid ASR as a Thank you or something ! ..

Could be work related! Or may be like someone suggested taking the place of La. Heard in SBB that sana khan is ill and might be replaced in arjun! Hope they dont go into jealousy track - it might land making kushi look and make do goofy stuff

IF this lady is indeed Arnav's past fling and the kid is THE NISHAANI then it's yucky . Arnav is going to be turned out even worst than his father.
