After the "Arnav ji" to "Arnav" transformation on the previous episode, I expected to see Khushi calling him Arnav today!!😳

But didn't happen for a single time? Why? 😭

Good point - I think that when he requested that he call him Arnav & the clever way that he went about it - marked the turning point in their relationship!!!

Of course! But her calling him "ji" again, and him not bothering about it was kinda weird. I thought he meant it when he asked her to call "Arnav".

I was wondering the same thing, because I prefer Arnav. But then I thought that maybe episodes are not filmed completely in real time airing order and the 'Arnav ji to Arnav' demand could have been last minute change. I guess we have to wait few epis to see.
