what is everyone talking abt is it new one

it has been like this since i joined the ipkknd forum why are all of u thinking its new. and i joined the ipkknd forum on 7th august 2011. or is it another banner if it is am sorry i am confused nowif its the new one does any one have the old one i want to see it plsss
