totally agree on that - thats what ppl should be questioning than jumping to conclusions on bashing the actor - both he and the channel have confirmed their stand - its the PH who has not saif anything officially and since last week has let the ball roll out in such wrong directions...we all know Mishti is PH source...so y are they making her give conflicting statement !!!

the forum is behaving as if barun is indebted to them and he has no right to personal choice...excuseme...since when did he become a bonded slave to the forum, to answer for the choices he is making...as long as he serves his commitment...he has every right to chose whatever. but what fans are we...

right now we are bashing, when supposing the news comes out that he aint leaving,,...we will go GAGA over his commitment and will sweep the floor with the grin...and praises for BARUN SOBTI...

Seriously man...some people need life before bashing that cute soul.

do we think he is not sane enuf to take decisions.

I wont comment on people giving information...frankly, people at forum seek informationa nd so they get it...but what boggles me is our own sanity...are we not smart enough to react responsibly to comments...are we not sane enuf to weigh the pros and cons of the decision being taken...and respect the individual choice.

are we really that immatured that we resort to bashing and acusing the guy who has been nothing but honest and grounded all through.

Accept every one has fears if BS will make it a success or will he be one in the lot...but guys let him try...its his choice to make his decision to take...

and am sure he is smart enuf not to get influenced.

and yes. i think the PH should come out and say whats true whats not and stand by the actor supporting him not making hima scape goat...

Imagine this sorta unrest and these people have a trip planned to UK...I just hope we Phan gils restore our sanity and not misbehave with him...i am so scared...

Hello Honeypriya,

It not abt BS dear , its about 200 + people working for this show which is their bread and butter is what most of them is trying to say.Lets be real and practical here.

Let the show end its own course based on the agreed contract between PH and channel whether its 2 yrs or 5 yrs , instead of of pulling it off abruptly which will effect all those 200 + people job less , till they find a new job or made to wait till PH comes with new show.

PH and SP has good will since Star One days , otherwise, they would have not allowed this PH to run 2 shows in SP and 2 shows on V channel which is also belongs to Star Network.Even after setting a new show on Zee Network , they know star network is the largest network in India and across globe.

Why should they all suffer ?

Lets wish for the show and also to BS. and not make anybody to suffer in all these.Bas!

Very well said Priya. You have raised some very valid points...its very obvious that the PH and channel are sending two different messages. The very fact that Barun now has a contract with Star instead of the PH speaks a lot about the negotiations. This PH is one of the worst when it comes to PR skills👎🏼

What a mess Priya. This PH is a bunch of novices who have made it big and screwing up the very people who have given them this success.

I totally hold the PH responsible for not taking care of their product and their people.

They have been hiding behind their lead actors for every unprofessional act of theirs starting from handling of Baruns first movie to the recent news spill.

What a bunch jokers.!!!! Maybe Barun should runaway than getting further screwed and take Sanaya too for she deserves better.

This is an absolute circus.

they are trying to make Barun a sacrificial goat... nothing related to other actors come out, while Barun has to answer every whims and fancies of the forum...

and who are more concerned about him leaving... not his fans... their prior posts are a testimony to that

Completely agree with you Priya. It is PH's responsibility to clear the air regarding their actors. Why did they ask Zee to pass on the information if they themselves were not sure whether or not Barun will quit. And now we get news today that Barun's contract has been extended by Star Plus for a year, we get a "clarification" from PH via Mishti that indeed there was a film offer for Barun. First of all

- The PH should understand what information it wants to be leaked out
- Should be able to manage the show if the show is very popular as IPK is
- Should defend the actors when and where the need arises. Rajan Shahi is a good example of this.
- Should have basic PR skills.
- Should avoid partiality and playing favorites. The PH has tradition of ignoring their best products whenever they have a new "baby" on launch.
- If the PH asked Barun to give statement that he is not quitting the show, then shouldn't they stick with that. Why unnecessarily ridicule the actor and make him look bad in the fans eyes. They should have said Barun the information is out, you please pacify the fans.

MadMidas PH was much better when barun was shooting for their film. They did understand the sentiments of IPK fans and made him issue a video message pacifying the fans that he is indeed going to come back to the serial. And when the film shooting got over, they were the first ones who updated the status informing of Barun returning back to shoot IPK. Did 4Lions do anything like this. Nope. Sab kuch ho jaane ke baad they are just washing their hands off saying the whole mess lies with Barun and Barun alone.

One thing I have understood is that this PH is good for nothing so I am going to treat the future shows from this PH with a mile long stick. If Star Plus takes over IPK and Barun/Sanaya continue in this serial, well and good. If the serial closes by Mar 2013, then also it is well and good, I will get my life back. So I am actually much calmer and much happier now. Jo hoga dekha jayega.
