That after the incident by the pool side when she rushes out of RM finding out abt Shyam ..how worried Arnav was and kept trying to reach her and when he did, he covered it up by saying that there is so much work before the engagement and she has gone but doesn't really tell her how worried he was.

How he calls Lavanya by Khushi s name while apologising.

How toremented he was by her engagement and every action he took at that time while humiliating her esp while they are trying out clothes and he sees her in that lehnga and was mesmerised by her that it was a reaction to her engagement!

There are so many ...

In my opinion, not all of these issues need to be brought up, the first 3 for example BUT stuff like finding out that shyam tried to kill shashi ji is important.
