idk how many people here r journalist or aware of how journalism world works or should be working.
I am studying to be one and hoping to become a good one too. there is a journalism ethics that we all journalists have to follow but sometimes people dont because they want to take a short cut and become successful because this particular worlds work this way. we get decent pays and acknowledgement after we have good story.
there was a movie with christian Haydenson (star wars fame) once called the shattered glass and in the movie it was about his character stephen glass who fabricated his stories with lies, mis-quotes, and out of context quotes to become popular. eventually he was caught.
the point is we are taught how to get a piece of our story we have to be correct in every sense. but some people go out of way to make up lies to fit their personal agenda. the PR of any company talks to the media how they want and there is no stopping them but how much the story is true w/o correct quotes or not depends on who the journalist is and what's his/her agenda behind it. most of the time people trust the media to bring in the right news and when we dont we are sued, at least in USA its a huge crime now.
I would say that whoever is spreading rumors must have personal agenda and only want to spread bad stuff about the show. they misquoted the real truth and put it out of context to create panic. I wudn't trust that person if I know his history. I know one of the writers of fuze (no its not zee) heck i am going to be writing for them soon and believe me they are professional and they wud never write such story. so if they kicked out this person its good and listen to them and listen to the person who is the lead. dont trust anyone else. till they give u the news themselves and you will know it right away dont believe all this.
